Cooking
Mix both kinds of flour with baking powder. Add the cold butter from the Ekomilk. Grind into crumbs.
Beat egg with a fork together with sugar. Add to batter, mix well.
Gradually add the water. To replace the dough, wrap it in a bag and let rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into two parts. One part of the roll out thinly and sprinkle with coarse salt. Rolled with a rolling pin, the salt was pushed into the dough. Cut into strips of a width of about a centimeter. Then roll up the cords.
The second part of the dough to roll out thin and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Top walk with a rolling pin.
Cut into stripes and rolled into a spiral.
Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. Be guided by your oven. A nice crunch!
