Rye straw
To a soup or beer, tea or coffee... So nice to eat when I shop, and their useful sticks-straws.

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    100 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    15 g

  • Salt

  • Sesame

Cooking

Mix both kinds of flour with baking powder. Add the cold butter from the Ekomilk. Grind into crumbs.

Beat egg with a fork together with sugar. Add to batter, mix well.

Gradually add the water. To replace the dough, wrap it in a bag and let rest for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into two parts. One part of the roll out thinly and sprinkle with coarse salt. Rolled with a rolling pin, the salt was pushed into the dough. Cut into strips of a width of about a centimeter. Then roll up the cords.
