Cooking
In a bowl add 150 ml of milk, 20 grams of sugar, 1 egg and starch. Beat with a whisk.
Mix 25 ml of milk 2 tsp of sugar, reheat in the microwave or on the stove almost to a boil.
Carefully and constantly stirring pour in the egg-starch mixture.
Pour into the skillet and cook a few minutes, stirring, until the mixture is brewed.
Then add the butter and vanilla. Mix well. To obtain a homogeneous mass, RUB through a sieve.
Oat cereal ground in a coffee grinder. I use oatmeal TM Mistral.
Banana cut into slices and blend in a food processor.
To the mashed banana add oatmeal, cocoa and honey. Mix well.
In a bowl put oats, banana puree and add half of the cream. mix well.
