Biscuits
Every year I bake Christmas cookies. This year, their associates, neighborhood girls decided to make cookies in the form of trees, i.e. to diversify our collection.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Buckwheat flour

    50 g

  • Butter

    85 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1.5 tsp

  • Carnation

    10 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Citric acid

    1 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Glaze

  • Powdered sugar

  • Chicory

    1.5 tsp

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl put wheat and buckwheat flour.

Added sugar Mistral, cinnamon, black pepper, ground cloves, salt and mix.

Cut from the rolled dough biscuit and pastry molds of different sizes.

Cookies put on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Melted chocolate with a spoon of milk in the microwave and glued them air cookies in the shape of a pyramid.
