Required products
Carrots and zucchini (because I had a medium size, I took half) RUB on a coarse grater, a little prisolit, leave on for 5-10 min, the extracted juice to drain
Arrows of garlic cut into pieces of 2-3 cm
Drop into boiling water and blanch for 2-3 minutes. drain in a colander and rinse with cold water
Cut tomatoes into thin slices
The zucchini and carrots add arrows of garlic, tomatoes and herbs. fill with Apple cider vinegar and olive oil. add black pepper and a little dosolit to taste. mix
