Description
Simple and fast with the filing of mashed potatoes. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Artistka called "Onion basket" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
The mushrooms soak, boil. Leave a Cup of broth for sauce. Mushrooms finely chop.
Proceed to the "baskets": the onion to clean, cut off the bottom a little so that the bulb stood, did not fall. Cut off the tops about a third, with the remaining part from the bottom to squeeze out the excess, so to do this to all the bulbs.

Boil onions in salted water for 3-5 minutes.
