Fish in vegetables
Based on the legendary "Gefilte fish" Yesterday, really wanted a stuffed fish, and today all desire to Tinker with it had disappeared. Here and simplify everything to a minimum, but it turned out incredibly delicious! If this recipe was already, I apologize, I have not found.

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

Cooking

Onion cut into half rings and lightly fry in a small quantity of vegetable oil.

Add grated carrots, a little fry.

Add grated beets and a couple of minutes to fry.

Add water (approximately 2-3 cups), add the squeezed halves of the lemon juice (1-1,5 tablespoons), salt and pepper.

Add chopped fine julienne potatoes, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, the fish is cleaned, wash and cut into slices. Add soy sauce and seasoning to the fish (I always buy a mixture of herbs for fish) leave for 10 minutes.
