Cooking
Onion cut into half rings and lightly fry in a small quantity of vegetable oil.
Add grated carrots, a little fry.
Add grated beets and a couple of minutes to fry.
Add water (approximately 2-3 cups), add the squeezed halves of the lemon juice (1-1,5 tablespoons), salt and pepper.
Add chopped fine julienne potatoes, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, the fish is cleaned, wash and cut into slices. Add soy sauce and seasoning to the fish (I always buy a mixture of herbs for fish) leave for 10 minutes.
The cauldron or pan put a layer of vegetables, then fish, vegetables again, etc. the Top layer should be vegetables.
Fill with water, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes after boiling. At the end of cooking can be more salt, if required.
