Pizza with fish
On the website of the sea of pizzas. But this I saw. This pizza is my husband. Based on the recipe from the book Lyakhovsky "the Secrets of homemade pastry" (1993 ). It turns quickly and is very tasty. All our family and friends love this pizza. This is my first recipe.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Fish

    1 can

  • Onion

  • Ketchup

  • Mushrooms

  • Spices

  • Cheese

    100 g

Cooking

Melt the margarine. Flour, egg, salt and milk to mix. Pour in the melted margarine. Knead the dough. Put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

To get the dough and roll out with a thickness of about 2-3 mm.

To grease with ketchup. Instead of ketchup you can put finely chopped tomatoes. (It turns out much juicier and tastier, but now is not the season).

Mash the fish and spread evenly.

On top lay the mushrooms. Mushrooms can be any. We usually have mushrooms canned or frozen.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions. You can use onions. It should finely chop and add the first layer (ketchup)

The egg slightly beat with a fork and pour over the top (try evenly) over the entire surface.

You can sprinkle with seasoning. (we have a seasoning for pizza)

Sprinkle with grated cheese. (I have the most common, the cheapest cheese)

Bake in the oven at medium temperature for 20 minutes, until the cheese and edges begin to brown.

You can instead use a fish to cut slices of sausage. It turns out also very tasty.
