Description
Despite the "fatness" and excesses in the American kitchen, the cookies they do are amazing, easy, moderately crisp on the edges and soft on the inside, and the combinations of toppings is finally driving me crazy. Here is a cookie "with a secret", where you feel the sweetness and bitterness of dark chocolate, followed by a slight salty aftertaste won me over at first bite. Meet!

Cooking
Beat butter with sugar. Add the egg, vanilla extract, salt and soy sauce (like Kikkoman classic). Mix thoroughly.
While stirring gradually, add the flour with the baking powder. Stir the chocolate into the dough. Remove in the cold for 10-15 minutes.
To make small cookies (I have half of a ping-pong table, a total of 34 cookies).
Bake 10-15 minutes at 190 degrees until a light blush (lighter than in my photo). After taking the cookies will seem too soft but later it will become firmer.
