Vitamin salad with sprouted including wheat
This salad is just a storehouse of vitamins, minerals and trace elements, which we have lacked during lent.

Ingredients

  • Wheat

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    0.5 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

Wheat, wash and fill with water, surfaced grains throw out, and the wheat reserve for 6-12 hours. Then the water is drained, the wheat is washed and spread on a dish, cover with a damp cloth and leave for 18-24 hours. Follow the gauze was kept moist.
