Very cute and delicious snack on potato pancakes with curd cream and trout with pickled Crimean onions in KIKKOMAN soy sauce (naturally brewed).

Cooking
Pickle onions. Onion cut into thin half-rings.
Pour soy sauce, cover and set aside.
Do pancakes. To potatoes not darkened, rubbed, the first onions, then potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and add starch. Mix everything.
Fry. We need a thin, crispy pancakes. To grease the pancake pan, spread pancakes with a spoon, distribute. Fry until brown on one side.
From this number of products I got 8 PCs small pancakes. Lay them on a dish in which you serve.
While fried pancakes, I made the cheese cream. In a blender put the cheese, sour cream, garlic, herbs, salt and black pepper, freshly ground. All grind until smooth.
Spread on pancakes cream.
For cream of fish. Decorate with sprigs of dill.
Spread on top a few half rings of pickled onions in soy sauce. The bitterness came out, the onion was very tasty.
