I don't know how to say this invention Can be... and "egg casserole", and the "egg pie"... as you like. But I assure you, worse or better this dish will not be.

Cooking
Boil 6 eggs. Peel and separately grate the yolks and whites.
To make the sauce. To do this, mix the sour cream with flour, add raw eggs, milk, butter, half cheese(grated) salt and pepper to taste. All mix thoroughly until smooth.
Over medium heat, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. The sauce should be very thick.
Refractory form (or pan) grease, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put half of the sauce. The top part of the yolk, then part of the protein. So alternate until the end of the grated eggs. Each layer is a little add salt and pepper. Can and mayonnaise to coat. But the eggs stick to the spoon...
We finish this creation with the remaining sauce and half the grated cheese.
Bake in the oven at t* 220*C for about 35 minutes. Until Golden brown. Allow to cool completely, sprinkle with herbs and cut into pieces.
