Savory spiced eggplant will remind you a taste of the East.. And if them file a kebab, you will never forget the taste...

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Minced chicken

Eggplant wash, cut into cubes, sprinkle with salt and leave for an hour, went to the bitterness.
