Summer salad with yogurt sauce
In this salad the perfect sauce, it perfectly emphasises the taste of vegetables. Such salad is prepared almost everything, adding your favorite vegetables to it, it is often seasoned with olive or vegetable oil, yogurt. But if season the salad with this sauce, it immediately takes a different flavor and comes out tender, fragrant and delicious. By the way, the soy sauce gives the sauce an excellent creamy hue. Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Cucumber

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Yogurt

    120 ml

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Dry white wine

    60 ml

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.125 tsp

Cooking

In a small saucepan, whisk yogurt and egg yolks, set aside.

Finely chop the garlic and onions. Heat the olive oil and put the onion with the garlic, cook until transparent, not frying. 30 seconds until cooked add the paprika.

Pour in the wine and cook until almost complete evaporation of liquid. Then pour in the stock and bring to boil, reduce the heat and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.

In beaten yolk yogurty mass to pour a thin stream of the hot mixture, you will need to stir constantly with a whisk so that the yolks do not boil. Put the saucepan with the sauce on the heat and bring to a boil, reduce the heat and boil down the sauce to desired thickness (it will take 5-7 minutes).

Remove the sauce from heat to cool to room temperature, add soy sauce and black pepper. Pour into a gravy boat.

All the vegetables for salad, slice to your liking (large or small). Put in a salad bowl and serve along with sauce, but not tucking them. Each person puts the salad on my own plate and then pouring the required amount of sauce and mixes. Bon appetit!
