Cooking
Wash pumpkin, remove seeds, but leave the crust. Slice them into segments. You need to put it on a baking sheet with foil.
Then mix the spices with sugar and stir.
Sprinkle the pumpkin with this mixture and pumpkin seeds.
Bake at 180C. an hour and a half, no less. Pierce the pumpkin with a knife, it should be soft. We eat a pumpkin just like that or served with roasted meat instead of a side dish.
