Rabbit with rosemary
I love the rabbit, it is so easy to find. But then when I became a happy owner of a great pet rabbit. A classic option. Please!!!

Ingredients

  • Rabbit

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Rosemary

    4 piece

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Sliced portions of the rabbit lay on a heated and greased pan

And fry on both sides until Golden brown

Put in a wok or saucepan

Boil chicken broth (you can use whatever you have on hand, perfect and vegetable)

Peel the garlic, crush the cloves with the plane of the blade and put it on the hot pan.

As soon as the garlic begins to brown and emit a magnificent scent, pour the boiling broth and allow to writing a rolling boil a minute or two

This garlic-chicken broth poured our rabbit. Close the lid and cook for 20 minutes

Here's rosmarinic we use. If no fresh rosemary - not a problem, use dried

Sent rosemary to the rabbit, they are great friends with, and simmer another 10-15 minutes
