Yeast dough with raisins and prunes
... for cakes and biscuits. Our cook Naddiva today gave me the idea, knead yeast dough raw yeast - that's what I got...

Ingredients

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Yeast

    40 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sunflower oil

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Flour

  • Prunes

  • Raisins

Cooking

Dissolve the yeast in warm boiled milk

RUB the eggs with sugar

In a bowl with yeast, add the eggs with the sugar, salt, melt the butter and add to dough, mix well, then add the sunflower oil, add salt and knead the dough

Then add the prunes and raisins, the dough will turn from a little prunes! Put the dough to rise in an hour and need the dough again to promisit, after about 2 hours the dough will rise again - and it's ready for baking!
