Fish pie with sour cream filling
Easy and delicious fish pie with a soft filling.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    7 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Onion

    4 piece

Mix the flour and baking powder. Separately mix 1 egg, salt, sugar and margarine (softened). Then combine the two masses and knead the dough. Remove in the cold for 20 minutes

Meanwhile, prepare the filling: chop onion half-rings, fry until Golden brown.

Crumble canned fish with a fork

Mix.

Get the dough out of the fridge. Roll out on the pan, making bumpers.

Put the stuffing

Prepare the filling 3 eggs, greens and 4 tbsp of sour cream. You can add seasoning to taste. Or make a filling of: sour cream+mayonnaise+greens. Pour in the oven for 40 minutes at 180-200*C.
