A great way to eat with the use after the gym, or during breaks at work...

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    400 g

  • Orange juice

    50 ml

  • Honey

    100 ml

  • Sesame

    70 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Cherry

    100 g

  • Cards

    100 g

Cooking

From orange squeeze juice

Nuts (I took peanuts) to be heated up in a pan and grind

Dates to grind using a blender or simply chop with a knife

Bring to boil oil, juice and honey

Remove from heat, add cereal, stir

I used oat flakes extra from TM "Mistral"

The flakes add the cherries, sesame seeds, nuts and dates. Mix well. You should get a viscous thick mass

The mixture is spread on baking paper, flatten and cut into wedges. Bake in the oven on the lower tier at a temperature of 150* for half an hour. Bon appetit!
