Cooking
Prepare a smooth puree of bananas, olive oil, honey and cinnamon. I have bananas frozen, so I held them at room t for half an hour, then cleared and then purerave.
In a separate bowl, combine the cereal, nuts, coconut and a pinch of salt. To dry mixture add banana-butter-honey ial puree and mix everything.
Preheat the oven t 180 degrees. The form for baking cover baking paper. Pour an even layer of the prepared mixture and bake 30 minutes in preheated oven, stirring every 5-10 minutes.
While baked the flakes, prepare the dried fruit. To do this, fill with hot water, dried apricots, prunes, two kinds of raisins and dried cherries. Then the water leak, dried apricots and prunes cut in half or into quarters. Mix cereal and dried fruit. Then I put the granola in the oven for another 3-5 minutes.
The finished granola cool at room t, then add the chocolate chips and again mix everything.
A tasty and healthy addition to Breakfast (and not only) done! Fully cooled pour the granola in a jar or container for storage.
