Apple pie with hazelnuts
Very aromatic cake from the table is swept away in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    360 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    1.4 tsp

    1.2 tsp

  • Apple

  • Hazelnuts

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    120 g

  • Gelatin

  • Sour cream

    450 g

Prepare the dough. Beat the eggs with sugar, gradually add the softened butter, flour (I half of the flour was replaced with whole wheat), milk. Knead the dough.

Clean the apples and cut into small shards.

Spread the dough evenly over the apples. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 min. after half the time of baking, sprinkle top with crumbs, which is prepared as follows:

Hazelnut grind into crumbs.

Add the remaining ingredients.

The obtained crumbs and sprinkle the cake. Bake another half the time.

Remove from oven, allow to cool.

Prepare the cream. I made sour cream: 450 g cream, 120 g of powdered sugar and a little gelatin. Oil same cream prepared as follows: beat butter until a homogeneous air mass.
