Description
Live in Italy and love fennel! His sharp, spicy smell is easily eliminated in this preparation, but what a taste and how much good! This dish is cooked for a side dish to meat, or instead of salad. The recipe is very simple to prepare and will take you a couple precious minutes =)

Cut at will, I have sliced
Boil in salted boiling water 5 min. More is not necessary, or when fighting in a mixture of oils will completely fall apart, we don't need
Melt in olive oil with a knob of butter (the latter is needed for a creamy taste)
Drain the water from the fennel, place in a pan. Saute over high heat without lid for 3-4 minutes stirring
Pepper to taste, place in a bowl. The dish is ready!
