Prepared pork cut into thin strips, marinate with soy sauce and spices, leave for 40 minutes.

Pepper wash, remove stem with seeds, cut into strips. Cucumber wash, cut off the stalk, slice it into large strips with a length of 5cm, a width of 0.5 cm. Carrot peel, wash, cut into strips. It is possible and not shredded, cut as you like.
