Very tasty and juicy exotic salad. Wild rice is in harmony with ripe mango and orange. This salad perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Cooking
Wild rice cook as directed on the package.
Chicken fillet to salt, pepper and bake in the oven until cooked.
An orange cut into two parts, delay one half Prihodite it to us later. The other half of the orange peel, take out the segments and remove them from the film. Mango peel and cut into cubes. Onion cut into strips and chicken cut into strips or small pieces.
In a large bowl fold the cooled rice, chicken, oranges, mangoes and onions.

Pour dressing on salad and give a little soak. Serve with lettuce or arugula sprinkled with roasted peanuts.
