Warm salad of chicken and vegetables that we serve this at any Chinese cafe. Chinese cuisine is its simplicity and impartiality - this dish is good and warm (can be served as a hot dish), or cold as a salad - a wonderful balance of taste.

Cooking
To prepare this salad for us in advance (in 10-15 minutes) will need to pour boiling water black Chinese mushrooms. They are usually sold pressed, the weight is listed dry.

Cut vegetables - carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, onion and finely chop the garlic.
On a heated with vegetable oil (use half) fry the prepared mushrooms for 4-5 minutes. Be very careful - they are very splash!
Arrange the mushrooms in a bowl, pour soy sauce.
In the second half of the vegetable oil fry the chicken for about 5-7 minutes. Add pepper to taste.
And slightly beaten eggs. Mix well.
Put carrots, fry for 2 minutes.
Then bell pepper, one more minute.
And finally, the onions and mushrooms in soy sauce. Mix everything and fry for about a minute.
Remove from heat, add the cucumbers. All ready salad - served warm with a side dish or cold as a salad.
