Trifle with peaches
Perfect dessert for the hot summer! Bright, light, healthy and very tasty! Cook it very simple. Does not contain gelatin, which for me is a big plus, because neither the children nor the husband can not stand it.

Ingredients

  • Water

    550 ml

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Thyme

    1 coup

  • Peach

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    30 g

  • Cream

    60 ml

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

  • Pine nuts

    20 g

Thyme wash, dry. In water, add sugar, thyme and prepare the syrup.

Peaches wash, cut each in half, remove seeds, put in hot syrup and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, allow to cool peaches in syrup.

For the mashed potatoes. 2 peaches washed, cut into cubes.

In a pan sprinkle the peaches with sugar, add water, beat 2 minutes.

The resulting mass knead into a puree. If puree is too thick - add water.

Mousse. Cottage cheese whipped with powdered sugar, add vanilla.

Mix the cream with the cheese mass and put into the refrigerator.

In portion cups put layers: peaches in syrup.
