Cooking
In a warm buttermilk to dissolve the yeast, salt and sugar. Add butter.
Sift the flour and add liquid ingredients. Knead the dough, put on 1 hour to detune in a warm place.
Prepare the filling: Cheese chop on a grater, grinder or in a blender. Salt, add to taste herbs and spices. If the cheese is dry, you can add a couple tablespoons of sour cream (I love juicy stuffing).
Put the dough in the form (I, diameter 24, but it's better to have more, then don't be such a widely the edges of the dough).
