Pie type of Khachapuri
Juicy filling and tender pastry. Excellent results with little effort.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Margarine

    3 Tbsp

  • Suluguni cheese

    100 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Greens

  • Sour cream

    100 g

In a warm buttermilk to dissolve the yeast, salt and sugar. Add butter.
