Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

  • Apple

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Raisins

    200 g

  • Flour

Apples my, clean from the seeds and peel (who likes to the rind, you can leave), cut into cubes

Add pudding and stir

Add washed raisins and mix

The dough is defrosted and sprinkled with a little flour, gently roll out

Spread on the dough curds and smear test

Protein separated from the yolks, add the powdered sugar and whisk until a smooth mass

On top of the cheese arrange the apples and smooth
