Cooking
In the photo the needed products. Spinach must be washed and dry.
Let's start with cooking the shrimp. In a pan heat oil, add few slices of ginger and garlic, fry them for one minute. Then, over very high heat and fry in the same oil shrimp, no more than two minutes. Remove them from the oil, to cool ( and try not to eat ahead of time, they come out very tasty)
In a bowl, mix the mustard, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Add spinach, coarsely chopped, mix well.
Begin to collect a salad. On the plate put seasoned spinach leaves, add cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Then add the salt and shrimp and eat with pleasure!
