Quick and easy salad. A very loved and popular in Chile.

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    500 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

STEP 1 the Most painstaking work in the preparation of salad of green beans – cut green beans. I first cut the "butt", then I cut it in half and then each half lengthways. If beans are very long, cut it into 3 parts.

STEP 2 Boil the beans for 20-30 minutes. Beans should be soft.

STEP 3 Drain off water and cool. The beans are ready. Season the salad with olive oil, lemon juice and salt to taste. Very very tasty, nutritious and healthy!
