Bean curd tarts with raspberry cream
In order for the dish to be low calorie, it is necessary to reduce concentration of flour, eggs and butter. I want to offer You a recipe in which these products are not used at all. But use cooked white beans, which nutritionists recommend to consume because it is low in calories and rich in protein, and low-calorie jam D arbo raspberry. The result is a tasty and healthy dessert!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Sesame

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Extract

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Jam

    0.66 can

  • Milk

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the beans in accordance with the recommendations on the package.

Lightly fry sesame seeds on a dry pan.

With the help of a blender grind the beans into a puree. Add to puree all the ingredients for the dough and pimelite with the help of a blender.

Preheat the oven to 180 C. mix the cream cheese and jam (I used raspberry). The amount of jam depends on how sweet You want the filling. I used about 2/3 of the jar.

Spread the filling on the bean baskets and put in the oven for about 30 minutes. The pastry should be brown. Allow the baskets to cool slightly and place molds. The cooled tarts can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or almond, or spread on top the jam. Our dessert is ready - soft, delicate baskets with chocolate-raspberry filling!
