Vanilla sugar

Cocoa powder

Orange zest
1 Tbsp

1 pinch
Cooking
Beat protein, sugar (regular and vanilla), butter, salt until sugar is dissolved. Then add zest, flour and knead the dough. It will be tender, gentle. Split in half and one part add cocoa.
To make dark and light test on a cushion (if the dough sticks, you can surface probility flour).
To put them in a pastry bag with a large nozzle having a hole in the shape of a star. Spread on the baking sheet in circles with a diameter of 7 cm, at a small distance from each other.
Bake in preheated to 200*C oven for 10 minutes. Light of cookies will be slightly beige in color.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
