This salad I liked the fact that he turns out very light and fluffy. Just melts in your mouth. I tried it for the first time to cook not so long ago, but he has managed to overshadow the other salads that I did.

Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients: 1. Cook chicken breast and hands to separate the fibers 2. Apples peel and grate 3. Cheese grate 4. Eggs cook. Separate the whites from the yolks
1st layer - spread the chicken (not all I post, leave for the second round) and then grease with mayonnaise (a little)
2nd layer - Apple (as well as the chicken - not all) and spread mayonnaise
3rd layer - cheese, top with mayonnaise Then all in the second round.
When all the ingredients over - the penultimate layer of the yolk RUB on a small grater (for this salad it turns out the air) and lubricated with mayonnaise (this is, of course, not easy)
The last layer of protein, too, to RUB on a small grater and mayonnaise.
Top decorate for every possible: dill, green onions can be chopped and sprinkled, etc. (as I did on March 8, from beets cooked cut eight)
