Description
It was originally a salad recipe, and it was called "China", but a slight movement of my hand, salad has become... in a spicy hot dish. Don't know how the hell "Chinese"- but what a delicious and fragrant-guaranteed! Try it!

Cooking
Take a piece of lean pork, carefully cut away all of the films and fat. (I cooked and chicken (breast)- also very tasty and is even faster)
Cut into thin long strips
Sent to the frying pan with heated oil and fry until cooked (the meat not the salt). Due to the fact that the meat is thinly sliced, it will take some time.
While the meat is cooking, boil in a little water the beans
Cut the onion into slices and fry until Golden brown.
Combine meat, beans, onion, crushed garlic, sesame seeds, pepper and add the soy sauce and rice vinegar. Give a little to stand and soak up the flavors.... there you go!
Can be eaten with rice noodles, or just because.. but it definitely sticks, so delicious! :-D enjoy your meal! :-)
