Mussels in a creamy sauce with vermouth
If You love mussels - don't pass it by! Delicious dish for a good company for a glass of chilled white wine or Martinis.

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    2 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Dry white wine

    200 g

  • Vermouth

    50 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Spices

  • Corn flour

    2 tsp

Cooking

To prepare the foods: onion, garlic, peel, finely chop; finely chop the greens.

Mussels, well rinsed in cold water.

[b]Sauce "Martini":[/b] On melted butter fry onions, garlic;

Add the wine, vermouth and simmer for about 10 minutes, add the cream, season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil; thicken with the sauce diluted in a little water with corn meal; add the greens.
