Pie yoghurt and almond
This easy to make pie is a real treat, it is light, airy, moderately sweet, very similar to a cake. Almond-yogurt cake turned out airy, thanks to almond flour and not dry, as there is in the yogurt.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Yogurt

    130 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Flour almond

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    80 g

  • Yogurt

    1 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

Yogurt mixed with baking powder.

Eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar beat in pycckuu foam. Add the oil and whisk. Pour the yogurt with the baking powder, add the flour and mix well from the bottom up.

Add the almond flour (I did slightly ignited on a dry pan) and mix. Almond flour you can make your own, cut the peeled almonds in a coffee grinder.

The bottom of a split form 26-28 cm cover the baking paper and brush with oil. Form fill with dough, flatten.

Bake in a preheated 180-200*With the oven for 40-45 minutes, watch your oven, to dry kindling.

Cool in form for 10 minutes, remove the ring and transfer them to the grill, allow to cool completely.

For sweet mix yogurt and powdered sugar.

With the cooled cake, remove the paper, spoon, apply the fondant and decorate with almond petals (I lightly roasted on a dry pan).
