Yeast pancakes with semolina
These wonderful pancakes I cooked for several years. We loved them from the first cooking. Plump, soft and beautiful pancakes with large holes and asks in his mouth. Invited to the tasting.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Semolina

    300 g

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Yeast

Then pour the dough in warm water and sunflower oil. Remove the dough in a warm place for 1.5 hours, covering the bowl with a lid or cloth.
