Souffle
Here is the souffle was cooked today me and eaten without a trace! A very interesting technique of cooking recipe.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Prepare all the necessary products. And begin the cooking process.

The cheese thoroughly mash with a fork or wipe through a sieve. Whisk the cheese with sugar, eggs, cream and vanilla sugar

Add flour and semolina, mix well. A third of the cheese mass is poured into a separate bowl.
