Apple-oat balls
Crisp and inside is tender, tasty and fragrant filling. Good? Without a doubt. Useful? Definitely.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

Here are the flakes I used. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Nuts chop with a knife.

Mix oats, sugar, cinnamon, chopped nuts and butter. Chop mixture with a knife (to prevent oil chopped). Then quickly knead the dough by hand and put on 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Apple wash, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

To connect Apple and oatmeal-nut-butter mass. Mix well.

From the resulting mass to form balls the size of a walnut. To make it easier to shape the balls a lot for the time you have to put in the fridge. On the tray lay a parchment paper and lightly grease it with oil. Spread on a baking sheet balls. Bake for 30 minutes until Golden brown.

Bon appetit!!! Remove the balls from the pan only after they are completely cooled.
