Cooking

Sort out rice, wash well, cook viscous porridge. Raisins steamed with boiling water.

While the rice is cooking... Take a loaf, RUB on a small grater.

Cooked rice mixed with well-washed raisins, add sugar. Mouldable meatballs until the mixture is cold (40-50 degrees). Dip them in the bakery crumbs.
