Also wanted to participate in the contest "Fast from Moulinex". Came up with the idea to prepare such a darling. We liked it. Come in, look, maybe you will like this filling for stuffed cabbage.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Pasta

    100 g

  • Cabbage

    8 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Sauce

Cooking

Fry chopped mushrooms, onions and carrots, add a handful of chopped walnuts

Boil small pasta and mix with the roast, season with salt and pepper, add herbs (well with pasta Italian herbs)

In a pre-steamed cabbage leaves to wrap cabbage rolls in the usual way

For the sauce mix 1 tbsp. spoon tomato paste, adzhika and special seasonings (I did in the summer, to include onions, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, herbs and salt) to plant cabbage broth

Fold the cabbage rolls in pan, pour sauce and put it to stew. For a few minutes until the fire I threw the stuffed a handful of frozen cauliflower: I love it when lots of vegetables.

Well, here they are and ready. Turned out very tasty, tender, and why had not thought to this. Now plans to cook pasta not stuffed vegetable with minced meat in tomato-cream sauce. I think it will be very tasty.
