Carcass squid cleaned, thoroughly dry
Calamari and onion mince
The remaining onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown
Minced meat mixed with a Cup of breadcrumbs, salt and spices
Fried onions to cool and mix with minced meat
From stuffing to form patties using a tablespoon. Roll them in the remaining breadcrumbs and fry in oil until crisp. On each side for 5-7 minutes.
The cutlets serve hot with any side dish. Bon appetit!
