The cake familiar to me from childhood, my mom's prescription. On the website there is a cake with a similar cooking technique, but the recipe and other cream cake is not like me. And try my option.

Cooking
[b][color=red]the Dough:[/color] 1 tbsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp soda, 1 tbsp. of yogurt, 50 gr. the softened oil, 2,5 tbsp. flour - knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 9 portions, each portion roll a fatty.
And fry on a dry pan from both sides.
[b][color=red]Cream:[/color]700 gr. milk to boil. Separately in a Cup beat the eggs with the sugar, add the flour and beat until smooth. In the boiling milk stir in the mixture with the eggs and cook until thick. Then, in the still warm milk add the butter and vanilla, stir until smooth and cool.
Crumpets smeared with cream on top, I sprinkled the cake with crushed biscuits. It is advisable to soak a few hours, ideally a day.
