Cooking
Cereal poured into a bowl and poured the water.
Mixed and left for 20 minutes. ( You can soak the cereal in the evening, then time to bake will take less ).
Poured milk over the cereal and broke the egg. ( During lent, eggs in this dough, you can not add and instead of milk use water ).
Mixed. Added salt, sugar, dry yeast, I poured the oil ( 3 tbsp ) and sprinkled rye flour. ( Yeast can be replaced with baking soda or baking powder.)
Well mixed and removed the dough in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Sifted the flour on the table and put the dough.
Added the cheese is coarsely chopped. ( For vegetable baking you can add cheese instead of any dried fruits, nuts or seeds.)
Kneaded the dough. On top of the dough pour a little oil so it does not stick to hands.
They divided the dough into four pieces and made the balls.
Balls put on a baking sheet with parchment paper and put it in the oven with a temperature of 50 degrees on the delay. After 20 minutes the buns have increased in volume. The top is incised with a knife. For cuts put a bit of oatmeal. Someone turned it 180 degrees.
For 25 minutes the muffins were baked. ( Refer to readiness rolls. Maybe in the oven this time will not be enough ).
The buns are soft and cheesy.
Ate them with hot / cold milk as soon as removed from oven.
Help yourself oat - cheese rolls!
From such a test once a week, always something to bake. For Breakfast delicious cheese sandwiches.
