Studying recipes Gordon Ramsay came across a recipe for Moroccan pie. Simple, delicious, spectacular cakes. In the original recipe the pie is seasoned with cinnamon and sugar, and dusted with powdered sugar. Such taste experiments neither I nor my family is ready! So my cake turned out in explanation!

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough

    0.5 pack

  • The chicken legs

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Mozzarella

    120 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

Chicken legs fry in a hot pan until soft. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides. Cold chicken legs, release from the bones and cut into small pieces. You can take a chicken thigh, it will be easier. Now sold thigh without skin and bones. I have left chicken legs from the cooking chicken, so I used them.

Onion cut into half rings, finely chopped garlic, fry until Golden brown.
