Clafoutis with apples and cherries
Delicious classic French dessert. My mistake was that I started to make this dessert in silicone molds, it is so tender that I couldn't completely pull out of the molds. It must be do in portion cups and eat from them.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cherry

    15 piece

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Flour

    7 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

Cooking

Smear oil 4 portions molds. Apples peel and cut into small cubes. Arrange the apples on the bottom of the form.

Cherries chopped and spread on top of apples.

Beat the eggs and yolks, add sugar, beat until smooth. Add the melted butter, continuing to whisk, gradually add the flour, still whisking, pour in the milk.

Pour the batter on the fruit.

Bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees until the dough has hardened and acquired a Golden color.
