Fish casserole
Delicious tender fish. Just melts in your mouth! My improvisation.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    3 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Butter

    50 g

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. Put diced potatoes and salt. Put in the preheated oven. Cook until soft, stirring occasionally.

While the potatoes are in the oven, fry the onions until Golden brown. Fry the onions definitely. On potatoes to put the pieces of butter and half an onion.

Fillet cut into slices, season with salt and pepper. Put into a form, coat with mayonnaise and cover the rest of the onions.

Processed cheese grate, mix with dill. Spread throughout the form. Put in the oven.

When the cheese is slightly softened, spread it evenly. Casserole garnish with cherry tomatoes, a pickle and parsley. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
