Cooking
apples clear from the seeds and grind in a blender (or to RUB on a grater). Lemon also grind the seeds to remove. To connect with lemon and apples, add sugar, cinnamon mix it well.
For the dry mix to combine flour, sugar, semolina and baking soda - mix thoroughly.
The form of grease, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Arrange the apples (half of the total number), the top 1/2 of the dry mixture, then again apples and the remains of the dry mixture.
Pour melted butter to the entire surface was covered with oil.
Bake in the oven at t 180*C until brown. It took me 45 min. But depends on what oven.
