Interesting bread from a bread machine. This bread works well with fish dishes, interesting as a base for sandwiches. Love to share the recipe.

So, take a cold water, pour into the bread machine pan.
Add the sifted flour.
Add all the remaining ingredients. In the original recipe the peppers add 2 tsp, I make one. Put the bowl in the bread machine, set mode (the Bread mix). By the time it will take 4 hours.
The zest added to the bowl already in the process of kneading after the beep.
After some time, our bread is ready. Take it out of the bowl of the bread machine, cover with a towel to cool.
