The Fish Houston
This dish can be made from any fish fillet. Tasty, fast, useful, very little calories.

Ingredients

  • Perch

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Spinach

    1 pack

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Soft cheese

    2 Tbsp

Fish salt and pepper to taste, sbryznut with lemon juice on both sides. Fry in melted butter.
