Cooking
Puff pastry thaw, pumpkin peel and seeds, peanuts to fry and clean. To prepare puffs I used generic brown sugar TM "Mistral".
Apricots pour over boiling water and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Then drain and finely chop apricots.
Pumpkin grate on a medium grater, grind the peanuts.
Prepared ingredients for the filling together, add the brown sugar.
A large part of dough roll out 3 mm thick and using shapes to cut out circles. The rest of the dough cut into thin strips.
To decorate one puff will need some test strips. At first you will need six strips of dough that you need to twist the two in the form of a spiral.
The two spirals of dough to spread around the circle of dough and combine.
Then one spiral of dough to form into a ring and place it in the middle of the puff.
A few strips of dough cut into 3 to 4 pieces and make jewelry as shown in photo.
In the middle of the puff to put the previously prepared stuffing.
Transfer puffs to a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil and sprinkle with melted butter. Note: puff is better to decorate directly on the pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for 15-20 minutes (depending on oven).
